Hypnobirthing:

A positive birth experience begins with a positive mindset and that’s where my hypnobirthing course comes in handy: It will help you to view birth as the incredible and powerful experience it can be, it will make you feel strong, confident and relaxed and I am almost certain that it will leave you feeling excited about giving birth.

Body

Pregnancy Yoga:

As you cannot birth your babies through a positive mindset alone you ideally want to prepare your body and baby as well. My pregnancy yoga classes provide a nurturing, warm and safe space for you to connect with your baby, build strength and confidence, practise comfortable labour positions and move with softness and ease for your best possible birth experience.

Postpartum Support:

The moment your baby is born, you are born too. Of all the ways that birth can be improved, continuous emotional support is what matters most and as your doula I offer emotional and practical support for you (and you partner). I will equip you with the information to make the best decision for yourself, your body, baby and birth and will accompany you on your journey and lovingly hold and protect your space during and after birth, and in the early postpartum period.

I strongly believe that we all deserve a positive birth experience and a joyful transition into parenthood. 

Growing a baby and giving birth can be one of the most amazing achievements in life and I want you to feel strong, proud and empowered no matter what type of birth you have. Birth isn’t something that happens to you, but you are in fact the protagonist of your own birth story. I am passionate to share my knowledge and to support you on this life changing journey.
